In order to perform code completion and other development tasks quickly, Atelier indexes the databases it uses. Compressed files containing indices for system namespaces are installed with the database, which enables Atelier to start quickly. If you have large databases, the time required for Atelier to build indices for them can slow start-up performance. You can use the class method Build of %Atelier.v1.Utils.MetaData to build indices for them and improve speed and responsiveness at start up.
The following steps describe how to build database indices:
/dev/atelier/DBNAME where DBNAME is the name of the database for which you want to build indices.
set rtn= ##class(%Atelier.v1.Utils.MetaData).Build("DBNAME")
METADATA.zip. This file should reside in the folder DBNAME.
