ijcbuff

Size of an InterJob Communication buffer.

Synopsis

[config]    ijcbuff=n

Description

The value n is the number of bytes allocated for each InterJob Communication (IJC) buffer. For details, see the “Interprocess Communication” chapter in the Caché I/O Device Guide. Also see ijcnum.

Examples

ijcbuff=512

Range of Values

512–8192 bytes. InterSystems recommends you use the default of 512 bytes.

Management Portal

On the page System Administration > Configuration > Additional Settings > Advanced Memory, in the ijcbuff row, select Edit. Enter a number of bytes.
