Creating a New HL7 Production: Overview

The next several pages provide a hands-on demonstration of creating an Ensemble HL7 message routing production using the Management Portal. In this demonstration you will do all of the following:

  1. Create a new Ensemble HL7 Production using the New Production wizard.

  2. Configure HL7 File Service and Operation components.

  3. Configure HL7 Message Router components.

  4. Configure an HL7 message routing production to validate incoming HL7 data.

  5. Test an HL7 message routing production using HL7 data.
